Sean Swinford was born and raised in Ohio before moving to California in
2005. A seasoned litigator, Mr. Swinford has represented clients in trial
and binding arbitration, as well as all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in a wide array of substantive
legal areas, including real property matters, business litigation, and
construction disputes. He also has extensive experience representing both
plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions.
Sean attended The Ohio State University and graduated in 1999, earning
a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2005, he earned his Juris Doctor from the
University of Toledo College of Law.
During law school, Sean was a member of the Dean’s List and was the
highest-ranking student in his Property I and Corporate Finance classes.
He was also an Assistant Editor for the
Toledo Journal of Great Lakes Law, Science and Policy.
Sean is licensed to practice law in all California state courts, Southern
and Central California District Courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
