
Caroline Emhardt

About
Caroline Emhardt has worked in civil litigation, with experience in both defense and plaintiff representation. She began her career working in insurance defense on personal injury matters. She then switched sides and has worked on class actions in the consumer fraud realm, as well as mass torts in the areas of personal injury and product liability. She takes pride in working with and advocating for individuals who have been harmed. Her practice now focuses on mobile home law.
Caroline received her Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University, where she majored in English and graduated cum laude. While at DePauw, she also played for the Women’s Tennis Team and earned NCAA D-III All-American honors. Caroline then received her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she served as a Dean’s Tutorial Society Legal Writing Tutor and as a member of the Indiana Health Law Review. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, she is a third-generation attorney.
