San Diego Gas & Electric condemned 3.72 acres of unimproved commercially-zoned land for a power station. The property consisted mainly of sloping canyon and wetlands, and SDG&E offered $250 ,000 due to topography and environmental constraints . We argued on behalf of the property owners that the property could nevertheless be developed as an office building and obtained a pre-trial settlement of $1,750,000.
